FAQ

Number of seats allowed so far, on-site.

Under German current governmental regulations, 50 persons are allowed with in a single room/hall. We will keep you informed frequently on the changes of thoses restrictions.

Catering on-site.

As buffets are not allowed at the venue by Microsoft Germany and there is not enough seating for restaurant style catering under corona “laws”, there will not be restauration nor cocktail recpetion at this stage of the process. We don’t know how that might change in the coming months but will update frequentyl on this issue.

Access to the speakers’ slides ?

The speakers' slides and other supports will be shared with the audience through an email right after the conference.
For IP and confidentiality reasons, , we will be allowed to transmit the material via a personalised link, after having received the approval from each speaker.
In case a speaker agrees to share his material upfront, he will have the possibility to upload his content on our website.

Each delegate will receive the list of delegates at the registration desk on the first day of the conference
